Make this incredibly creamy and sweet Strawberry Cheesecake Dip in just five minutes. This no-bake dessert dip tastes like classic cheesecake but requires minimal effort, making it perfect for parties or a quick sweet snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries, thawed and roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • Optional: Graham crackers, pretzels, or fresh fruit for dipping

Instructions

  1. Place the softened cream cheese, sifted powdered sugar, and vanilla extract into a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Beat the mixture with an electric mixer on medium speed until it is completely smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  3. Gently fold in the thawed and chopped strawberries using a rubber spatula. Mix until the strawberries are evenly distributed.
  4. Carefully fold in the thawed whipped topping until just combined. Do not overmix, or the dip will lose its fluffy texture.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite dippers, such as graham crackers, pretzels, or fresh fruit slices.

Notes

  • For a tangier flavor, substitute 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese with an equal amount of plain Greek yogurt.
  • If you prefer a thicker dip, chill it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
  • Use fresh, hulled strawberries instead of frozen if you want a brighter red color, but dice them finely.
