Make this incredibly easy, no-bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Bark. This recipe delivers the ultimate sweet and salty crunch using simple pantry items. It is perfect for quick snacking, holiday trays, or homemade candy gifts.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups creamy peanut butter
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini pretzels
  • ½ cup salted peanuts (optional, for topping or mixing)

Instructions

  1. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Set this aside.
  2. Combine the peanut butter and white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Heat the mixture in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval until the chocolate and peanut butter are completely melted and smooth.
  4. Gently stir the mini pretzels and salted peanuts (if using them in the mix) into the melted peanut butter and chocolate until all the pretzels are coated.
  5. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it into an even layer.
  6. Refrigerate the bark for 2 to 3 hours, or until it is completely firm.
  7. Once set, break the bark into pieces of your preferred size. Store the pieces in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • For an extra salty finish, sprinkle flaky sea salt over the top of the bark immediately after spreading it onto the pan, before chilling.
  • If you prefer a darker chocolate flavor, substitute dark chocolate chips for the white chocolate chips.
  • This recipe is excellent for last minute desserts because it requires no oven time.
