Make this classic ham salad spread in under 15 minutes. It is a simple, creamy, and tangy recipe perfect for using leftover ham in sandwiches or as an appetizer.

  • 2 cups cooked ham, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Place the finely chopped ham in a medium bowl.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, chopped celery, yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, black pepper, and salt to the bowl.
  3. Mix all ingredients together until they are well combined and the mixture is creamy.
  4. Taste the ham salad and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Cover the bowl and chill the ham salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
  6. Serve as a sandwich spread, with crackers, or on lettuce cups.
