Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze, divided
  • 2 cups Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Crusty bread, crackers, or pita chips for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled feta cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix until the base is smooth and fully combined.
  2. Spread the cheese mixture evenly into the bottom of a serving dish. Drizzle half of the balsamic glaze over the cheese layer.
  3. In a separate small bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, and olive oil. Season this tomato mixture with salt and pepper.
  4. Spoon the fresh tomato mixture evenly over the cheese layer.
  5. Drizzle the remaining balsamic glaze over the top of the tomatoes.
  6. Chill the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
  7. Serve your homemade Bruschetta Dip with toasted baguette slices or your favorite crackers.

Notes

  • For an extra layer of flavor, use Boursin cheese in place of the cream cheese and feta combination.
  • You can prepare the tomato topping mixture up to 4 hours ahead of time.
  • If you prefer a warm dip, bake the cheese layer at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes before topping with the fresh tomato mixture (do not bake the tomatoes).
